This position of Accounts Payable is an important member of our AP/Accounting team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following are the duties associated with the Accounts Payable position.  Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Concur Administration
  2. Manage credit card “loaners” and process accordingly.
  3. Accounts Payable invoices.
  4. Back up receptionist duties as needed.
  5. Cross train with Accounts Payable team.
  6. Perform other duties as needed.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Language Ability

Ability to read and interpret basic documents; Ability to write basic correspondence. Ability to speak read and write English fluently.

Math Ability

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should know 10 key by touch and have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Spreadsheet software and other software that may be required. Vista construction software a plus.
