Intake, prepare, create and maintain a Bluebeam Studio Project with all relevant project documents for the life of a project until close out.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The following are the duties associated with being a Cochran Document Control Coordinator.  Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Coordinate with PM’s and General Contractors to be notified of all contract drawing updates including;
    1. ASI’s
    2. RFI’s
    3. Design Changes
  2. Update Bluebeam Studio Cloud projects with all relevant information from the beginning of a project to close-out, record set drawings.

Basic Microsoft Office computer skills. Electrical/construction background preferred.


Language Ability

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


Math Ability

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Bluebeam.
