ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The following are the duties associated with being a Cochran Receptionist.  Other duties may be assigned.
*Answers incoming telephone calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
*Welcome and direct on-site visitors to appropriate personnel.
*Responsible for keeping lobby and conference room looking clean and professional.
*Manage Outlook calendar for scheduling of conference rooms.
*Manage AP Inbox in Outlook including entry of AP invoices.
*Order lunches and/or catering as requested for meetings and other occasions.
*Make up shipping/address labels, certified mail, courier deliveries, etc. as requested.
*Process incoming mail (open, date stamp and distribute).
*Send out vendor information such as W-9 forms, resale certificate’s and credit applications as requested.
*Mail out weekly field employee payroll checks and direct deposit stubs.
*Filing.
*Perform other duties as needed.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Ability

Math Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

 

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

 

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software that may be required. Vista knowledge a plus.
