Summary
We are looking for a Receptionist to work in our corporate office in Seattle, WA.  The Cochran receptionist operates switchboard or multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties:


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The following are the duties associated with being a Cochran Receptionist.  Other duties may be assigned.
* Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
* Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
* Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information.
* Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
* Responsible for keeping lobby and conference rooms looking professional.
* Update outlook calendar for conference room usage.
* Order lunches and/or catering as requested for meetings and other occasions.
* Make up shipping/address labels, certified mail, deliveries, Fedex, etc. as required.
* Send out vendor information, W-9 forms, resale certificate’s and credit applications as requested.
* Mail out weekly field employee payroll checks and direct deposit stubs (folding and inserting in envelopes).
* File all job related AP invoices, maintaining job files and archiving when necessary.
* AP Unapproved Que:  Help to maintain and process problem invoices out of unapproved and post to AP.
* Office Supplies:  Order and keep inventory of office supplies.
* Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as but not limited to filing, photocopying and collating and typing reports.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Language Ability
Ability to read and interpret basic documents; Ability to write basic correspondence; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 

 Math Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. 

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

 Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Spreadsheet software, accounting software and other software that may be required.
