As a key member of our marketing team, you will oversee external creative agencies, collaborate with internal leaders, and engage with production/post-production vendors. This role requires excellent project management skills across project lifecycles, the ability to improve processes and workflows, and a commitment to enhancing employee, customer, and partner satisfaction. Strong leadership, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work alongside our Director of Marketing Automation to guide and track marketing programs against business OKRs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, aligning them with Cochran's brand values and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize data-driven approaches to inform strategies, assess campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Brand and Messaging Oversight: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Innovative Content Creation: Lead the development of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Effectively manage resources, including budget allocations and staff planning, to ensure efficient and impactful marketing operations.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of contemporary marketing practices, particularly in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading marketing teams and projects, with an emphasis on team development and mentorship.
  • Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the electrical and technology sectors, or similar industries, to ensure relevant and impactful marketing strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on understanding and catering to customer needs in marketing efforts.
  • Adaptability: Experience with agile methodologies and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market trends and business requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex marketing strategies effectively to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Experience: 7+ years in project management within a marketing context, preferably in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department.
  • Marketing Automation Tools: Expertise in using platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
